Supply Planning Team Lead – Noord-Brabant

If you would like to be part of an Integrated Supply Chain Team as a Supply Planning Team Lead (full-time), supporting the business in an international manufacturing environment, we might have the perfect challenge for you! In this challenge you will lead a team of 6 Planners, covering 3 manufacturing sites and report directly into the Senior Manager Supply Planning & Inventory Replenishment. One of 3 pillars of Integrated Planning is Supply Planning.

Function

  • Evaluate and apply different supply methods and manage trade-offs and risks in the Supply Chain;
  • Provide capacity plans to balance supply and demand;
  • Create a short, medium and long-term inventory plan according to product segmentation and budget including the definition and monitoring of stock targets and assignment of supply methods;
  • Contribute to the S&OP and S&OE process by balancing supply and demand;
  • Optimize the interaction of service levels, asset utilization and inventory levels;
  • Work cross-functionally with Procurement and with a close link to Demand Planning and Production Activity Control to cooperatively manage demand and supply exceptions;
  • Drive the metrics: production plan adherence, material availability, inventory coverage.

Requirements

  • > 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning;
  • BSc. / Msc. Supply Chain Management and / or Technology and Operations;
  • People Management;
  • Stakeholder Management;
  • Experienced in ERP systems (Dynamics AX) and Excel;
  • S&OP and preferable S&OE knowledge;
  • Pragmatic and Pro-active;
  • Strong analytical;
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Dutch language is a plus;
  • Travelling.
